It appears to me, after hours spent experimenting that first you need to check that your Normal.doc has specific settings embedded. It's a basic everyday need for almost everyone. The simple fact is we all need a simple straightforward reliable way to copy-paste both text & images from websites to Word.
Is IMHO a very generalised & overly complex coverage of all possible problems.
